
Lippe Taylor Agency Operations | Pop Culture Conquesting
In 2021, Lippe Taylor tasked me with implementing an agency-wide system that would allow our Digital teams to get ahead of the curve and brainstorm creative ideas and social media tactics around timely and cultural moments. The result is one of my proudest achievements that we titled, "Culture Conquesting."
As Vice President of Digital at Lippe Taylor, not only did I oversee 20+ employees across the department, but one of my biggest responsibilities (and passions) was identifying bottlenecks in our efficiencies and developing process. I was tasked with working with our Analytics and Creative leads to think through a way that we could be proactive instead of reactive when it came to timely events and trending topics.
The result was an operation I led that would allow for 1-4 team members from each department to join brainstorms on Mondays to discuss upcoming cultural topics or events from the previous week. Tuesdays would then be reserved for refining ideas and depending on how timely, creating high-level pitch decks for clients to review if they had any interest.
The process is still being used agency-wide today, as well as exclusively for our Bayer portfolio where the process has translated to an additional $500K of revenue over the past two years to keep a pulse on pop culture and brainstorm each week for Bayer brands.
